**Overview**

As a Live Host, you will be the face of Aafiyat Digital’s online sales platforms — responsible for engaging viewers, presenting products, and driving sales through high-energy and informative livestream sessions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Host live sessions on digital platforms according to scheduled shifts (morning/evening).
- Present and demonstrate Aafiyat products (e.g., Olivie, DeVenus, DeVital) in an engaging, clear, and professional manner.
- Interact actively with viewers: answer product inquiries, address concerns, and maintain positive engagement throughout the session.
- Collaborate with the Digital Sales and Content Team to execute daily live sessions and campaign-focused shows.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, key selling points, and promotional information.
- Monitor engagement, sales performance, and provide post-live session reports to HQ.
- Maintain a professional appearance, energy, and tone that reflects Aafiyat’s brand identity.
- Support content creation (short videos, highlights, UGC) when not scheduled for live hosting.

**Working Hours**
- Shift A: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Shift B: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- (Subject to live schedule rotation)

**Requirements**:

- Malaysian citizen, aged 20 - 35 years old.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (English advantage).
- Confident, expressive, and comfortable speaking on camera.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in hosting, performing, sales, or social media is an added advantage.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and organic products.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts if required.
- Team player, punctual, and responsible.
