To maintain Brand Standards and a high standard of service in the Bar, Restaurant and Room Service at all times, ensuring that all guest expectations are exceeded.
- To promote sales and up sell at all times for both food and beverage items.
- To ensure that all daily operating and cleaning tasks are carried out on a daily basis.
- To ensure that all hotel corridors are kept clear from rubbish, glassware and crockery at all times.
- To be fully conversant with the Hotel Fire and Emergency procedures
- To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all times
- Manage corporate and group event bookings for all F&B venues.
- Handle all inquiries regarding F&B venue booking.
- Compile contacts and create VIP/Repeat guest data
