**Key Responsibilities**:

- To ensure front office team deliver the hotel standard and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
- Personally and frequently verify that guests are receiving the best possible service during check-in and check-out
- To ensure front office team are aware of current promotions, policies and other important information.
- Responsible to checking billing instructions, permanent folios and monitor guest credit.
- Support and assist front office team at front desk during peak periods.
- Check on registration cards of arriving guests and ensures all information should be filled in the system.
- Assist in handling room lock problems.
- Prepared and checks for VIP arrival.
- Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
- Answer guest inquires, handle complaints and attend to the need of the guest.
- Good administration skill and team spirit
- Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

- **Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Malaysian Citizen only
- Male/Female, age below 45 years
- 3 to 4 years’ working experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
