**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Architect and implement **scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions**.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements.
- Ensure best practices in **coding standards, security, and performance optimization**.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high-quality development processes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in **mobile, web technologies, Python, and React Native**.

**Responsibilities**
- **5+ years** of experience in **software development** with expertise in **Python** and **React Native**.
- Hands-on experience with **cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)** is a plus.
- Solid understanding of **RESTful APIs, microservices, and database management**.
- Experience in **leading a team, project planning, and agile methodologies**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
