Job Description
SPOC, lead, drive, coordinate with all downstream integration points within IT DevOps providing technical support to the project team, end to end service.
Handle project Service Requests and 3rd party management including SR for configuration changes and Vulnerability & Security Patch.
SPOC for IT DevOps interfacing with PMO and Business Users.
Work with BU to understand overall business environment, objectives and priorities impacting IT.
Build business case for IT deliverables and projects necessary to support BU needs.
Coordinate with other Domain Leads to define areas of common business needs.
Works with project managers and vendor managers to ensure compliance, works with the PM's to discuss integration requirements, high-level timelines, and the associated cost
Act as primary IT DevOps agent for local implementation of the IT Strategy and communicating the strategy, goals and plans to the BU leadership.
Ability to understand the business sufficiently to communicate the importance of projects to the technology teams, as well as to understand the technology sufficiently to communicate the complexity in simple terms for the business.
Works with business teams to understand project requirements, shape the initial project request, and provide a high-level estimate of the project effort and costs used in cost-benefit analysis.
Works with the Enterprise Architects and Technical Fulfillment team to discuss potential solutions that match the business strategy with the technology strategy.
Support rapid business change in a control and effective way.
Ensure any technical solutions proposed adherence with the IT technical and security standards in all aspects.
Building-up technical capabilities and business acumen of the section staffs
Complexities of system interfacing
Requirement

**Qualification**:
Masters in Business Administration
Bachelors in CS/IT/MIS or related field

**Technical Skills**:
Cross-functional business, industry, and technical expertise
Business planning ability
10+ years in various IT roles
5+ years in management role

**Knowledge**:
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good Presentation skills
Critical Thinking
Excellent Collaboration
