**1. Product Strategy & Feature Planning**
- Transform product strategy & vision into clear development requirements and feature specifications
- Collaborate with research and UX teams to prioritize high-impact product improvements
- Drive product decisions that align technical implementation with behavioural goals
- Lead feature planning focused on user engagement and core metric improvements
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in diagnostic accuracy, behavioural analytics, and personalized recommendations

**2. Technical Project Management**
- Manage development sprints focused on rapid iteration and delivery
- Coordinate implementation of behavioural framework features and user engagement systems
- Review code quality and technical implementations with development team
- Contribute directly to technical work during critical sprints or blockers
- Monitor core product metrics and coordinate data-driven improvements
- Collaborate with founder on weekly performance reviews and feature impact analysis

**3. Cross-Functional Execution Leadership**
- Coordinate daily execution and communication across UX, development, and research teams
- Drive team velocity and ensure sprint and milestone delivery
- Make autonomous product execution decisions to maintain development momentum
- Oversee product quality standards and user experience consistency
- Coordinate A/B testing execution for behavioural features and interface changes
- Drive team adoption of AI development tools (Cursor, ChatGPT) to accelerate coding productivity

- Make autonomous tactical decisions while escalating strategic issues appropriately
- Drive effective cross-functional collaboration and accelerated decision-making processes
