**Job Overview**:
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as **Manufacturing Workers**. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) pipes, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality on the production floor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate machinery and equipment used in the production of HDPE pipes.
- Monitor production processes to ensure that products meet quality standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
- Support the maintenance team in routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry materials when required.
