Key Responsibilities:

Core Security Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine patrols of buildings, perimeter, parking areas, and key assets.
  • Control access at entry/exit points and verify identity of employees, visitors, and contractors.
  • Prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized removal of company property.
  • Inspecting vehicles, trucks and outgoing packages to prevent theft of company assets.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations.
  • Report immediately and act quickly if there is security risks or breach.
  • Random checks of bags or packages belong to employees and visitors leaving the factory to prevent theft.
  • Supervise the loading and unloading of goods.

Safety and Emergency Response

  • Assist in evacuation during fire or emergency drills.
  • Act as first responder for incidents: fire, accidents, or medical emergencies.
  • Report hazards and ensure safe conditions around the facility (e.g., blocked exits, spills, unsafe behavior).
  • Contacting and coordinating with law enforcement or other authorities during incidents.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate daily logs, patrol records, and clocking compliance.
  • Submit incident reports with detailed observations and follow-up actions.
  • Provide detailed updates to the next shift about the status of operations and any ongoing issues.
  • Ensure that security and occupational health and safety rules are followed by everyone in the premises.

Visitor & Contractor Management

  • Register visitors and issue visitor passes.
  • Provide on-site assistance to visitors and contractors as required
  • Ensure compliance with company rules and safety procedures.

General Worker

Responsibilities:

Assist the Technician to Install, repair, and servicing of machinery

Handle any job assigned from management and technician

Assist in building maintenance

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in security, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Hold security license will be added advantage.
  • Physical fitness to perform patrols and emergency response duties.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Strong discipline, alertness, and integrity.
  • Experience in industrial/manufacturing security environment.
