We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable financial institution seeking Bancassurance Relationship Advisors to support customers at various bank branches across Malaysia.

**Role Summary**
As a Bancassurance Relationship Advisor, you will serve as the key point of contact between customers and a well-established insurance provider. Stationed within the bank, your main responsibility is to build rapport with customers, assess their financial protection needs, and recommend suitable insurance solutions. **Key Responsibilities**
- Introduce insurance offerings to bank customers during branch visits
- Understand individual financial goals to provide tailored protection plans
- Maintain positive relationships with customers through regular follow-up
- Deliver results aligned with assigned sales and service targets
- Participate in training to enhance product and advisory knowledge
- Open to fresh graduates and mid-career professionals
- All industry backgrounds considered
- Bancassurance Relationship Advisor (Trainee):

- SPM/STPM with at least 3 years’ working experience
- Diploma holder with less than 1 year of working experience
- Senior Relationship Advisor (Trainee): Degree holder with less than 1 year experience
- Senior Relationship Advisor: Degree with 2+ years relevant experience
