We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable financial institution seeking Bancassurance Relationship Advisors to support customers at various bank branches across Malaysia.

Role Summary

As a Bancassurance Relationship Advisor, you will serve as the key point of contact between customers and a well-established insurance provider. Stationed within the bank, your main responsibility is to build rapport with customers, assess their financial protection needs, and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Introduce insurance offerings to bank customers during branch visits
  • Understand individual financial goals to provide tailored protection plans
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers through regular follow-up
  • Deliver results aligned with assigned sales and service targets
  • Participate in training to enhance product and advisory knowledge

Candidate Criteria

  • Open to fresh graduates and mid-career professionals
  • All industry backgrounds considered
  • Bancassurance Relationship Advisor (Trainee):
  • SPM/STPM with at least 3 years' working experience
  • Diploma holder with less than 1 year of working experience
  • Senior Relationship Advisor (Trainee): Degree holder with less than 1 year experience
  • Senior Relationship Advisor: Degree with 2+ years relevant experience
