We are looking for creative live steaming host for Tiktok, Shopee and Instagram to join our team.. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering live streaming content that showcases our brand and products, engages with our target audience, and drives sales on our online marketplace stores.

**Job description**:

- Host live streaming events on TikTok and Shopee to engage with the audience and promote our products.
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
- Conducting market research on rival products.
- Designing and implementing content strategies and marketing plans to attract and engage our target audience.
- Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
- Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
- Maintaining client relations.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Attend customers' inquiries, orders and respond within the specified timelines & manage them confidently by following up regularly
- Manage key KPI performance, such as response rate, response speed, service level, and abandon rate, and ensure quality service is provided to customers.
- Analyze the data and drive improvement initiatives
- Daily management and quality audit to ensure all team numbers perform to brand standard and follow the company's policy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
- **Requirement**:_
- Min Diploma
- With at least 1 year and above relevant working experience
- Passionate about live streaming, with solid live streaming skills and experience
- Proven experience as a live streaming host on TikTok and/or Shopee, or similar experience, with a strong portfolio of work
- Strong on-camera presence and ability to engage with an audience in a professional and entertaining manner.
- Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
- High-level communication and networking skills.
- A passion for sales.
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
- Good project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Bilingual in writing English and Bahasa Malay, Immediately available to start work will be an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
