What you’ll achieve
As an Advisor,you will drive profitability and customer satisfaction by balancing customer demand, supply availability, and operational constraints while managing a sustainable, cost-effective structure. Analyzes demand, supply and shipment trends using statistical tools to identify opportunities, tradeoffs, impacts and risks to revenue and business plan objectives.

You will:

- Conducts business strategy and/or sales objectives through demand, supply and capacity inputs to orchestrate decisions on forecasts and customer commitments. Selects methods for evaluating market, commodity, and product dynamics as inputs to demand forecast.
- Analyzes demand trends and forecast performance that impact future demand plans. Utilizes data, analytics, and market intelligence to manage risk when determining forecast requirements.
- Leverages advanced statistical models to provide forecasts based on demand characteristics. Collaborates with stakeholders on business assumptions that impact supply chain planning. Translates customer and financial requirements to actionable forecasts.
- Manages product/peripheral transition to avoid delivery delay and Excess & Obsolescence. Applies demand shaping with sales segments during times of supply imbalances or when required to meet a shift in the regional marketing or financial plans.
- Plans material allocation decisions and translates material allocation to customer commitments on supportability and lead-times. Demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills to articulate forecasting plans and assumptions.

Essential Requirements
- At least 5-7 years of related experience in supply chain & demand planning area
- Leverages digital tools and data analytic techniques in day to day work to identify business risk and insights.
- Understand business norms and how functions within the organization operate and integrate with one another. Comprehends the big picture without losing sight of the details.
- Identifies ways to deliver tangible business value within and beyond own function or role. Approaches problems logically using a structured and systematic approach.
- Creates business impact by encouraging discussion, listening effectively and building consensus to drive to action.

Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in related field.
- Able to deliver messages amongst stakeholders, peers and next level leaders.
