The Content Creator will make fun and engaging content for our social media and online platforms. This includes posts, videos, and blogs. You should be good at using Canva and CapCut Pro for editing videos.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Creating Content**: Make interesting content for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and our website. Focus on themes and ideas that will connect with people in Miri, highlighting our unique foods.

2. **Visual Storytelling**: Create high-quality photos, videos, and graphics that fit our brand’s style. Use CapCut Pro to edit videos, ensuring they are attractive and engaging.

3. **Engaging with Audience**:

- Build and maintain relationship with customer online and offline.
- Collaborate with influencers and local communities to enhance brand visibility.
- Gather insight from customers/clients for attractive promotions.

4. **Content Creation and Management**:

- Create compelling and relevant content, including photos, videos and promotional material (online&offline)
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.

5. **Keeping Up with Trends**: Stay updated on popular trends in Malaysia and incorporate them into our content.Ensure our content is relevant and engaging to our audience.

6. **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze social media and marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media growth, engagement and campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing strategies.

7. **Administrative Support**
- Manage template for hiring and posting on social media.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for marketing materials and promotional items.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Experience as a content creator or in a similar role, especially in Malaysia.
- Good portfolio showcasing your work.
- Skilled in using CapCut Pro and other content creation tools.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
