Job description: -

Marketing Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, and events).
  • Assist in managing the dealership's social media channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu).
  • Coordinate and support showroom events, roadshows, and test drive campaigns.
  • Work with the sales team to develop promotional materials and in-house marketing collaterals.
  • Track and report campaign performance and showroom footfall metrics.

Design & Content Creation

  • Design marketing materials including banners, posters, brochures, buntings, and digital advertisements.
  • Create and edit visually engaging content such as reels, stories, and short videos for social media.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and local marketing objectives.
  • Capture and edit photos/videos of vehicles, customers, and events for promotional use.
  • Produce daily live stream content

Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist in content calendar planning and execution.
  • Support TikTok/Reels/Xiaohongshu content ideation and production.
  • Monitor competitor marketing activities and propose creative improvements.
  • Update showroom promotions and listings across online platforms.

Event Management

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, road shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, venues, and partners to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Prepare event budgets, timelines, and logistics plans.
  • Handle event registrations, invitations, and attendee communications.
  • Ensure brand consistency in event materials, signage, and presentations.

Candidate Requirements: -

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or mobile editing apps is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Interest or experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, Malay and preferably Mandarin for China brand car.
