a. The main duties are as follows:

- To oversee day-to-day operations of the precast production factory.
- To ensure production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
- To monitor and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- To manage inventory levels and raw material procurement to optimize production efficiency and minimize costs.
- To train and mentor production staff to improve skills and performance.
- To conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to production staff.
- To maintain production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- To prepare regular reports on production performance, including output, quality, and efficiency metrics.
- To collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and growth.
- To implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
