Human by nature.**Warehouse Material Handler - Your future position?**
- As the Warehouse Material Handler, you will be responsible for operating material handling equipment while performing tasks to include shipping, unloading, sorting, packing & more. You will be reporting to Assistant Shipping Manager and based in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.**Sounds interesting? In this exciting role you also will**:
- Prepare products for shipment, ensuring accurate matching with customer orders and updating delivery records to avoid incorrect deliveries.
- Sort and organize materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined criteria such as size, type, color, or product code, and ensure placement into correct rack bin numbers.
- Conduct housekeeping tasks by relocating and consolidating similar materials, and maintaining master pallet data integrity throughout the warehouse.
- Handle loading, unloading, moving, stacking, and staging of products and materials in designated areas using non-electrical/powered equipment.
- Prepare, pick, sort, pack, and wrap unused materials for return to warehouse storage, adhering to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with physical inventory stock checks and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation and allocation.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of warehouse storage areas and operational equipment, promptly reporting any faults encountered.
- Perform operations in compliance with company guidelines and public regulations, emphasizing food safety, food quality, people safety, and workplace safety.
- Support Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives by managing waste storage, housekeeping, and disposal.
- Record data such as temperature, cleaning activities, delivery details, and equipment operations.

**Your professional profile includes**:
- High school education or General Education Diploma (GED) equivalency
- 1-2 years of experience and/or training in a warehouse environment
- Basic math and English/Bahasa Malaysia writing ability
- Additional advantage of familiarity with SAP
- Preference for previous experience in a factory warehouse
- Ability to follow warehouse operating procedures and equipment utilization guidelines
- Proficient in operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, reach trucks, and hand pallet trucks
- Adherence to safety regulations while operating equipment
