Position Title: Project Manager (Remote) Location: Johor Bahru / Penang Working hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm / 11.00pm - 8.00am (Monday to Friday) Support PST timezone Type of employment: Permanent Language(s) required: English About the Position Manages day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope. Support to Senior Project Managers in AI enabled projects, driving timely communication with clients and team members. Ensure that project specifications and procedures are properly followed on all projects involved. Ensure the quality of service and deliverables are in accordance with client requirements and supports QA team when needed. Provide support to the global team and ensure full adherence to Company procedures, account-established processes, and business goals. Help the team to detect any gaps or areas of improvement in existing procedures and suggest viable solutions to establish new procedures or optimize the existing ones as needed. Work closely with clients, meeting their requirements and handling on quality issues. Manage the team to ensure quality and timely delivery and ensure continuous improvement. Work with recruitment team to acquire for resources. Consolidation and validation for billing and payment Competencies Bachelor's degree in IT or Business or related field of study At least 2-year experience supporting project management or co-ordination. Proven experiences in managing team. PMP certified is added advantage. Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and customer management skills Ability to work in a global environment with different working cultures. Able to work in fast paced and challenging environment. Self-motivated person who strives for performance, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work to meet all deadline. Attention to details and problem solving skills.
