Job Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients list as require by kitchen and inventory checking
- Design Menu
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ensure all dishes are cooked well and presented in nice way
Job Requirement
- Creative, service-oriented and level headed
- Advanced knowledge of food professional principles and practices
- Available to work on shifts, after hours, over weekends and on public holidays
- Exceptional leadership skills, including motivation and goal setting
- Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills
Experience
- Proven commercial kitchen experience at least 3 year and above
