**Role Overview**:

- As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotel's communication strategy. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team and Senior Management to develop and execute innovative communication plans that enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.
- From crafting captivating content to managing media relations, your role will be instrumental in shaping the hotel's image and reputation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote our brand, services, and offerings.
- Create and manage engaging content for various platforms, including websites, social media, press releases, and marketing materials.
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets and coordinate press releases and media coverage.
- Monitor and analyze communication campaigns' performance, making data-driven improvements.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain brand integrity across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with different departments to align communication efforts and support their initiatives.
- Handle crisis communication and manage the hotel's reputation during challenging situations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative communication strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Communication Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and communication tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking in communication planning.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and an understanding of luxury hospitality.
