Position : Quality Officer (Conveyor belts)

Location : Taman Teknologi Nusajaya

Salary Range : RM3000~RM3500

Working days : Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm), Saturday (8.30am - 1.30pm)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

2. Conduct dimensional, functional, and durability tests on screw conveyor components and conveying assemblies.

3. Monitor manufacturing processes to identify and resolve quality issues in real time.

4. Prepare and maintain quality inspection documentation, including reports, checklists, and non-conformance records.

5. Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASME,ATEX ) and customer requirements.

6. Stay updated on regulatory and industry standards related to screw conveyor design and manufacturing.

7. Assist in maintaining certifications and audits, including ISO 9001 and other quality management standards.

8. Analyses recurring defects and recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

9. Collaborate with the design and production teams to address quality concerns and refine product designs.

10. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality-related issues.

11. Train production staff on quality standards, inspection procedures, and best practices.

12. Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in quality assurance/control, preferably in the screw conveyor or similar manufacturing industry.

3. Certification in quality assurance (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ CQI) is a plus.

4. Knowledge of welding and fabrication processes is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
