**Job Overview**:
As a Construction Project Manager with our client, you will hold a pivotal role in efficiently managing, overseeing, and coordinating construction sites, ensuring seamless integration of their design solutions into implementation.

Your keen eye for detail and holistic approach will be instrumental as you collaborate with designers, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated final products. Your leadership will drive our client's team, their clients, and partners towards successful project acquisition and execution, ensuring the smooth delivery of their clients’ projects.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee construction sites for new construction and remodel projects, effectively coordinating site activities to align with project goals and objectives.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Coordinate interior design layout plans with mechanical and electrical services, IT requirements, and AV equipment needs. Prepare project schedules, quotations, and assist in tender submissions.
- Manage submissions to relevant authorities, overseeing inspections until full CCC approval are obtained.
- Supervise onsite and offsite construction works to ensure compliance with Building Codes and Safety Regulations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and high-quality workmanship.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and monitor recurring construction issues.
- Liaise with 3rd party consultants such as architects, engineers, and specialists involved in the project.
- Demonstrate capability to work independently on multiple projects, showcasing exceptional problem-solving skills on construction sites.
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring meticulous attention to detail from concept design to construction methodology.
- Proficiently prepare detailed construction schedules using Microsoft Project, meticulously reviewing projects to schedule deliverables and control project budgets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or equivalent.
- Proficiency and competence in hand sketching of Construction detailing.
- Ability to interpret drawing plans and familiarity with local building and safety regulations (UBBL).
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing multiple projects within tight deadlines.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Competence in conflict and risk management, as well as Health & Safety management.
- Self-motivated, with a positive working attitude and a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Detail-oriented approach to work.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing construction sites.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and AutoCAD.
