We are a newly established company, as we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a talented Finance and Admin Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in our success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Prepare financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Oversee administrative functions such as office management, procurement, and vendor relations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Support senior management in ad-hoc financial and administrative task.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate/Diploma in any Accounting, Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years experiences in finance and administration roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.t.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
