**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Food Preparation & Processing**
- Assist in the preparation of raw ingredients such as cutting, portioning, marinating, mixing, or blending based on assigned production tasks.
- Execute cooking, pre-cooking, or batch processing of semi-finished goods under the direction of CDP or Supervisor.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in food preparation according to SOPs and recipe standards.

**Batch Production & Support**
- Operate basic kitchen equipment safely (e.g., mixers, ovens, vacuum sealers, choppers) after training.
- Support the preparation and packaging of ready-to-cook, ready-to-serve, or par-cooked products.
- Follow correct portion sizes and labeling practices for all batched items.

**Cleanliness & Food Safety**
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation at the workstation and production area.
- Follow food safety guidelines, including temperature control, cross-contamination prevention, and personal hygiene.
- Participate in scheduled deep cleaning and daily end-of-shift cleaning duties.

**Stock Handling & Organization**
- Assist in the proper handling, storage, and rotation (FIFO) of ingredients and finished goods.
- Notify supervisors of stock shortages, expired ingredients, or quality issues immediately.
- Support basic receiving tasks for raw goods and ensure items are unpacked, sorted, and stored correctly.

**Team Collaboration & Communication**
- Work collaboratively with the BOH team to complete production timelines efficiently.
- Communicate any delays, errors, or equipment issues to CDP or Supervisor promptly.
- Support other sections when required, such as bakery, hot kitchen, or packing line.

**Additional Duties**
- Support labeling, packing, and arranging of finished goods for logistics and dispatch.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and kitchen briefings.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by CK leadership.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- No prior experience required; relevant kitchen or food handling experience is an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Able to read and follow recipe instructions and kitchen prep sheets.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene is preferred.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Physically fit, able to stand for long periods, and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.

Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
