**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet with clients and conduct property viewings
- Promote and sell the company's properties effectively.
- Advise purchasers on bank loan and end financing procedures.
- Achieve sales targets set by the Management.
- Collect down payments and ensure the signing of Sale & Purchase agreements and loan approvals.
- Perform additional tasks and assignments as directed by Senior Management, Department Head, or direct superior.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in property sales.
- Proven track record in a sales role.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Pleasant, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Own transport and willingness to travel.
- Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Must be a Malaysian citizen.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
