Service Advisor

We offer comprehensive services including Sales, After-Sales Service, Spare Parts, Accident Claims, and Insurance for major automotive brands such as Peugeot, GWM, Hyundai, Chery, and Proton across the northern region.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns and clarify service needs.
  • Clearly explain recommended repairs, maintenance, and service packages.
  • Provide timely updates on vehicle status and service progress.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.

Vehicle Diagnosis

  • Conduct thorough initial inspections to identify required repair or maintenance work.
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess vehicle conditions accurately.
  • Prepare clear and detailed repair estimates for customer approval.

Service Planning

  • Schedule service appointments and manage daily job flow efficiently.
  • Coordinate closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Monitor ongoing service progress and resolve any issues that arise.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain accurate customer records, repair orders, and service history.
  • Process payments, invoices, and necessary documentation.
  • Prepare daily or weekly service reports required by management.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair procedures.

Additional Considerations

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Technical background or certification in automotive repair is an added advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM2,300.00 per month
