At **UMR Strategic**, we are seeking a **Marketing Executive (Key Account)** to manage client relationships, drive business growth, and support our marketing initiatives. This role offers strong career development for individuals who are results-oriented and passionate about building connections.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client & Sales Management**
- Manage and expand relationships with assigned key accounts.
- Identify potential business opportunities and follow up with clients proactively.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend to sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and support deal negotiations.

**Performance & Delivery**
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Deliver excellent service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Handle client feedback and issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor account performance and propose improvements or new initiatives.

**Team & Strategic Support**
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative campaigns and client strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams for campaign execution.
- Support ad-hoc projects, reports, and assignments as required by management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a **Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree** in any field.
- **Fresh graduates** are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in **Bahasa Melayu and English** (_Mandarin is an advantage_).
- Energetic, motivated, and eager to grow in a fast-paced business environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Must possess **own transport** and a valid **driving licence**.
- Able to **work on-site in Subang Jaya**.
