Menyediakan, menyusun dan memfailkan dokumen penghantaran seperti DO (Delivery Order), Invois, Borang Pemindahan Stok, dan Surat Jalan.
- Memastikan semua dokumen berkaitan penghantaran dikemaskini dan disimpan dengan teratur.
- Memasukkan data keluar masuk barang ke dalam sistem.
- Menyemak dan mengesahkan butiran penghantaran dan penerimaan barang.
- Menyemak baki stok logistik di lokasi simpanan
- Memastikan pematuhan terhadap prosedur operasi standard (SOP) dan polisi syarikat semasa mengurus dokumen dan logistik.
**KELAYAKAN**
- SPM/STPM/Diploma dalam bidang Pentadbiran, Logistik, atau berkaitan.
- Pengalaman 1-2 tahun dalam peranan pentadbiran atau logistik adalah satu kelebihan.
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Mampu bekerja dalam pasukan serta berdikari di bawah pengawasan minimum.
- Kemahiran komunikasi dan organisasi yang baik.
- Teliti, amanah dan bertanggungjawab.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
