**About the role**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for customers, projects, and transactions in the system.
- Help reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies such as unapplied or misapplied payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams across regions (APAC, EMEA & NAM)
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all requests and transactions in compliance with SLA and KPI requirements.
- Participate in knowledge transfer, training, and team activities as part of a newly established support team.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits or internal reviews.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies and SOX compliance requirements.

**What You’ll need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience in OTC or Accounts Receivable is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Excel (e.g., SUMIF, VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting )
- Able to read, write, and speak in English for business communication.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Project Operations, or Finance) is an advantage.
- Flexible with working hours and willing to support overtime during month-end closing and peak periods.
