**You Role at TradeQuo**:

- Analyze and monitor operational and market risks to ensure the company's stability and growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as IT, Marketing, and Customer Support to streamline processes and enhance risk management strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports as requested by the Management, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Investigate and resolve any trading system issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain a seamless trading environment.
- Monitor and assess client trading activity, identifying and mitigating potential risks that may impact the company.
- Generate reports and interpret meaningful trends, facilitating informed decision-making and proactive risk management.
- Create and distribute market news content to colleagues, keeping them updated on the latest industry developments and trends.
- Contribute to the development of new products and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure risk considerations are addressed.

**What we expect from you**:

- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Finance, Business, or Economics.
- Demonstrated genuine interest and inclination towards financial markets, showcasing a passion for staying informed about market dynamics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, maintaining composure and delivering accurate results.
- Strong numerical, mathematical, and analytical abilities to effectively assess and quantify risks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, enabling clear and concise communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to effectively analyze data and create impactful presentations.
- Fluency in verbal and written English, ensuring effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.

**Good to have**:

- Previous Work Experience in Fintech or iGaming Industry
- Strong Awareness of Market Trends, Emerging Technologies, and New FinTech Products and Business Models
