Asst. HR and Accounting Clerk

This is a full-time HR and Account clerk located in Petaling Jaya. The HR and Account clerk responsibilities will be Responsible for the assigned financial and management accounting functions of the assigned entities. Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly salary, financial statements, reports, supporting schedules and all regulatory reports. Monitor daily cash flow position, fund transfer and utilise of the Company’s cash flows in order to maximize return yields and minimize finance costs. Liaise with bankers/financiers on all treasury matters. Conduct month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Perform reconciliations of accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and analysis on variances. Maintain and update accounting records. Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and support external auditors during audits and tax matters including SST, corporate tax.
- **Payroll**:
- Preparing Advance & Monthly payroll for monthly staffs and daily local and foreign workers. Check employees hire/resignation date. Maintain or update personal profile in the system and filling personal file. Handling statutory contribution payment (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, KWSP,LHDN)
