SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The prompt and accurately typed presentation of all purchasing related correspondence.
- Prepares and processes all general Purchase Orders based on Purchase Requests and multiple bids.
- Participates in daily price taking (quotation) for food and beverage items.
- Maintains all files for the Purchasing Officer.
- Maintains paper flow between the Finance Department, Purchasing Department and other Department.
- Performs whatever additional tasks as required by the Purchasing Officer to guarantee that Purchasing Operations are maintained professionally.
- Works closely with and assists from time to time, the Storekeeper in day to day operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,600.00 per month
