The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions
- Control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation
- Monitor all quality related activities on the project
- Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the companies management
- Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submitting.
- Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders.
- Attend client quality management meetings
- The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
- Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements
- Monitor the disposition of all issued non-conformance reports.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
- Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager
- Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QA/QC procurement manager
- Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representatives.
- Monitor statistical method reporting.
- Action and close all customer complaints
- Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project.
- Responsible for outgoing product quality assurance.
- Establish outgoing product inspection system.
- Develop, set up and maintain non-conforming product system and feedback to respective area.
- Data analysis and to drive improvement with engineering and manufacturing team.
- Ensure competency of technicians and inspectors are well maintained via proper training, certification and performance review.
- Responsible for the daily work of FQC/ OQC, monthly and annual summary report.

**Key Competencies**:

- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Microelectronics / Applied Physics / Semiconductor Material / Chemistry/ Electronics) or its equivalent.
- Basic knowledge in ISO9001 requirements.
- 2 years working experience in Quality control.
- Preferable at least 2 years working experience in solar manufacturing.
- Preferable working experience in customer field service.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal staff of all levels.
- Possess good management and leadership skills.
- Analytical skill and able to make good judgment.
- Strong administration skill in planning/organizing/coordination/documentation.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
