Project Administrator Document Controller

With commencement of new developments both in Penang and Kuala Lumpur, we are seeking new talents to join our existing team at Runnymede Group.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- To assist the Technical team (Project & Contract Dept.) in all aspects of Project and Contract administration (i.e. drafting/typing of letters, reports, documents and filing as well as preparation/follow-up of PO, PR, PV etc.)
- To assist the Project Director and General Manager in all aspects of authority matters, other private and government agencies as well as consultants on status of submissions, approvals etc.
- To assist Contract Department with tender exercises to ensure all documentation are in accordance with the provisions of the contract and specifications
- To prepare periodic progress reports to your superior and management, including update of regular authority approval checklist
- To ensure daily recording and distribution of incoming mail/faxes on a prompt basis
- To coordinate and arrange meeting appointments with consultants, contractors and relevant authorities
- To assist in preparation of documents for meetings and minute-takings
- To manage and upkeep good filing system for all documents, plans, drawings etc. at all time for easy retrieval
- To follow and improve document control/documentation procedures
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum Diploma in Civil & Engineering, Architecture, Secretarial, Project Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Project Administration Assistant/Document Controller or relevant role in construction or property development industry, professional consultancy firms or equivalent
- Articulate and proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is an essential factor of recruitment consideration
- IT/Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Able to work independently with high degree of integrity and accountability
- Able to anticipate immediate superior's requirements and deliver assignments on time
- Attention to details and thorough
- Pleasant disposition, resourceful, meticulous and able to multi-task to take on additional responsibilities to grow beyond core role
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
