**Job Title**: Decoration Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute high-quality event decorations, catering to diverse occasions and themes.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and vision for the event.
- Plan and coordinate decoration setups for various events, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Source and manage decoration materials, supplies, and equipment while adhering to budget and quality standards.
- Ensure all decorations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and aesthetics.
- Supervise and guide a team of assistants during the setup, execution, and teardown of decorations.
- Address any issues or last-minute changes efficiently and professionally to meet client expectations.
- Stay updated with current trends and styles in event decorations to deliver innovative and creative designs.
- Work closely with the planning and coordination team to ensure cohesive and seamless service delivery.
- Perform additional ad hoc tasks as assigned by management to support event operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification of S.P.M.
- At least 3 years of experience in Event decorations.
- Strong creative and artistic skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.

**Salary**: 5,500 MYR-6,200 MYR (negotiable based on experience)

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,200.00 per month
