**Role: Automation Tester (Selenium or Appium)**

**Location: KL, Malaysia**

**Required Experience**:
Experience in test automation with a focus on **Selenium or Appium**.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Selenium WebDriver** for web automation.
- Expertise in Appium for mobile test automation (iOS and Android).
- Strong programming skills in **Java, Python, or JavaScript**.
- Familiarity with **version control systems (e.g., Git).**

**Test Automation Development**:

- Preferable**).

**Framework Design**:
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery **(CI/CD)** pipelines.

**Test Case Execution**:
Execute automated test cases, analyse results, and report defects in collaboration with development teams.

**Scripting and Coding**:
Write clean, efficient, and reusable automation scripts using programming languages such as **Java, Python, or JavaScript**.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

**Continuous Improvement**:
Identify opportunities to improve test processes and tools and implement best practices in test automation.

**Documentation**:
Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, scripts, and test results.

**Troubleshooting**:
Investigate and resolve issues in test automation environments and scripts.

**Testing Knowledge**:

- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and practices.
- Experience with various types of testing (e.g., functional, regression, performance).

**Analytical Skills**:
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Agile Methodology**:

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Additional Tools: Knowledge of other automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Robot Framework) in addition will be good.
