As an Account Executive at Boon Hua Motor Sdn Bhd, you will be entrusted with the full spectrum of accounting functions to support both our retail motorcycle sales and hire-purchase finance operations. Your primary responsibilities include:

- **General Ledger & Month-End Close**:

- Record daily transactions, including sales, receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Post accruals, prepayments and month-end adjustments.
- Reconcile balance-sheet accounts (bank, AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets) and prepare the trial balance.
- **Accounts Receivable Management**:

- Issue sales and hire-purchase invoices promptly.
- Monitor customer payment schedules; follow up on overdue accounts.
- Coordinate with the collections team to escalate delinquent accounts and minimize bad debts.
- **Accounts Payable Management**:

- Review, code and process vendor invoices for inventory purchases, parts, services and overheads.
- Schedule and execute supplier payments, ensuring adherence to payment terms.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- **Financial Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow forecasts.
- Generate KPI dashboards (e.g., sales vs. target, receivables aging, finance portfolio yield).
- Conduct variance analysis against budget and prior periods; highlight key insights and action points.
- **Audit & Compliance Support**:

- Coordinate with external auditors: compile working papers, schedules and account explanations.
- Ensure compliance with SSM, Bank Negara Malaysia guidelines and internal policies.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for audit trails and statutory filings.
- **Systems Integration & Process Improvement**:

- Liaise with IT/CRM teams to streamline data flows between SQL Accounting, ERP modules and CRM systems.
- Identify gaps in accounting workflows; design and implement process enhancements.
- Automate routine reporting where possible to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Act as the finance point-of-contact for branch managers, sales executives and credit officers.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis for pricing, promotions and credit evaluations.
- Support cross-functional projects

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
