**Responsibilities**:

- Implementing maintenance contract, single point of accountability for successful implementation of contract
- Develop and implement processes, staffing requirement, tools & spare management, to maximize performance of the teams and continuously strive for process improvement in relation to the O&M support
- Handle escalations & ensure performance & availability of RAN network is achieved per SLA requirement in contract. Be the focal point for receipt and resolution of customer satisfaction issues.
- Audit the profit and loss of maintenance service business contracts
- Drive contract renewals and/or up-scopes through a close working relationship with the Customer
- Communicate with customer on support processes, staffing, performance review, reports submission, spare management review & SLA monitoring
- Provide on a regular basis a report to the customer regarding the maintenance contractual state of their equipment
- Ensures good customer relationship management

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably with at least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have a strong passion in IP, transmission/access/core networking, as well as have the drive and energy to pursue a career in this field
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess analytical skills and detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize task with effective time management
- Good leadership skill, customer and service oriented

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
