Delivery Clerk/admin

Requirements:
1. Possess at least Diploma qualification or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
3. Knowledge of transportation and delivery regulations.
4. Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field is required.
6. Prefer Female.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparing Daily Delivery Schedule and other related delivery paperwork.
2. Provide direction and guidance to drivers and assistants to ensure deliveries are timely.
3. Track and monitor truck movements, troubleshoot delivery issues, and address complaints promptly.
4. Plan & review delivery orders, coordinate delivery activities, and allocate workload fairly among team members.
5. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure delivery specifications are met.
6. Carry other tasks administrative as assigned by superior to updated from time to time.
