Job Description:

- Prepare monthly reconciliation for bank, debtor, creditor and intercompany.
- Perform checking on invoices & claims for payment processing and update the excel spreadsheet for tracking of payment progress.
- Ensure all Purchase Order (PO) is properly approved, scan a copy in the server and maintain a PO list for tracking purpose.
- For payment purpose, check the completion of Beneficiary Form (BF) that filled in by the supplier, follow up with end user and maintain a BF status list.
- Assist in preparation of monthly management account by using the accounting system.
- Update collection report and follow up debtors’ outstanding balances with traders.
- Prepare journal vouchers with supporting documents.
- Consolidate data to prepare the VAT report for oversea subsidiaries.
- Other Ad-hoc reporting work as and when required

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month
