As a HR Specialist in a **Beauty Company**, you will be responsible with managing recruitment, employee relations, and performance reviews. And also, be experienced in compensation and benefits structuring, HR analytics, and administrative tasks like facility management and event planning. Expertise in payroll processing is essential, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. You should be with proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving, with a commitment to creating a positive work environment.
- **Managing recruitment and selection**:Identifying the hiring needs, creating job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- **Managing employee relations**:Handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution that is compliant with labor laws and regulations.
- **Managing performance management**: Setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees.
- **Managing compensation and benefits**: Conducting market research, creating salary structures, and administering benefits programs.
- **Managing HR analytics**: Analyzing employee turnover, retention, and engagement, monitoring staff daily attendance, leave and medical claim records.
- **Managing administrative functions**:Handling assets & facilities management, vendor management, and office administration and organizing office activities (renovations, meetings, sports, family days, event planning etc.).
- **Managing employee development**:Identifying employee training and development needs and creating programs to address those needs.
- **Managing payroll processing**: Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions, and complying with statutory requirements including salary disbursement, overpayment recovery, leave management and reporting are accurate and delivered within appropriate time frames and comply with relevant legislation.

**Requirement**
- Diploma and Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in HR software and data analysis, with the ability to generate meaningful insights.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Passion for creating a positive, employee-centric work environment.
- be good at mandarin and English and Malaysia.
