As a HR Manager in an **IT Company**,
you will be responsible for managing HR functions including payroll, recruitment, employee data maintenance, and contract management. Also, with strong administrative skills and experience in handling onboarding, terminations, internal transfers, and HR-related documentation. Familiarity with HR systems and payroll processing and Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Monthly Payroll preparation.
- Managing and maintaining employee data in the HR system to ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Handle entry and exit, including but not limited to on-boarding account creation, termination, internal transfer etc.
- Perform general administrative support to the company, including up keeping of office equipment, stationery ordering and pantry supplies replenishment etc.
- Responsible for recruiting projects.
- Preparation of HR related letters and memorandum.
- Manage labor contract and employee filing matters.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
**Requirement**
- Diploma or above is preferred.
- Minimum 4 year's experience in HR.
- Able to start work immediately / short notice periods is a plus.
- MUST able to read, write and speaking fluent in Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with Employment Act, HR policies and procedure.
- Experienced in various recruitment and resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly developed sense of responsibility.
- Self-starter, able to work with mínimal supervision.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
