Finance Analysis Manager

**Responsibilities**:
1. Analyzing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement.

2. Perform financial modeling and projections to support decision-making and strategic planning.

3. Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to assess potential results for different conditions.

4. Developing, monitoring, and managing the company's budgets and financial forecasts.

5. Collaborating with various departments to gather inputs for budgeting and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

6. Analyzing budget-to-actual variances and providing recommendations to address any discrepancies.

7. Conducting in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

8. Preparing accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

9. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements in financial reporting.

10. Presenting financial information to senior management and assisting them in making informed decisions.

11. Contributing to the development of the company's financial strategy and long

12. Identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement based on financial analysis.

13. Providing insights on potential risks and opportunities that may impact the company's financial performance.

14. Gathering and analyzing financial data using various tools and software.

15. Using data-driven insights to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.

16. Supporting decision-making by providing relevant and accurate financial information.

17. Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.

18. Monitoring team performance and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

19. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to connect & understand functional financial needs and provide relevant support.

20. Communicating financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

21. Evaluate and implement financial systems and technology solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and automation in financial processes.

22. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting and analysis.

23. Ensure compliance with SOX and Internal Control requirements.

24. Support ad hoc tasks & projects upon requirements.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree required in **accounting**or related professional qualifications **(ACCA/CIMA)**with **Chartered Accountant**is a plus.
- Minimum **3 to 5 years**industry experience with **budgeting, planning, financial modeling, and decision analytics.**
- Preferably from the **Manufacturing Industry**background.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in fast moving environment and multitask to make quick necessary changes upon management instructions.
- Extensive experience in preparing **financial statements, budgets, and financial reports**for management review.
- **Compliance of standards**and ability to ensure **adherence to regulatory requirements.**
- Experience in training and mentoring junior staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make sound financial decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal operation, production teams, external stakeholders and management.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Efficient time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin

Pay: RM6,521.23 - RM16,259.89 per month
