Schedule, supervise, and inspect routine maintenance tasks such as landscaping, cleaning, pest control, and waste management.
- Oversee and coordinate preventive maintenance for building structures, systems, and facilities (e.g., plumbing, electrical, drainage, security systems, and lighting).
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests or complaints from residents and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas and facilities to identify and address repair or maintenance needs.
- Supervise in-house maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor and evaluate contractor performance to ensure compliance with service agreements.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff on safety standards and operational procedures.
- Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts, ensuring adequate stock levels for efficient operation.
- Liaise with the property management office, strata committees, and residents to coordinate activities and share updates.
- Attend management or strata meetings to provide reports and updates on maintenance matters.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, completed work, and pending issues.
- Conduct safety drills and implement emergency preparedness measures for residents and staff.
- Report and document incidents, accidents, and safety concerns, implementing corrective actions when needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
