Position Title**:Middleware Platform Manager, Cloud Services**

Roles and

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle Middleware Platform for operations and delivery of services in Azure

Cloud Platform.
- Ensure platform is performant and resilient.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive solutions and

support.
- Translate business objectives into streams of work.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and other leaders.
- Coach and empower delivery teams & remove blockers for delivery teams.
- Enable Strategic Delivery Partners to deliver valued outcomes.
- Proactively manage performance issues in Applications wherever necessary
- Build strong relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, and

integration teams.
- Provide technical advice and direction to teams and customers.
- Deliver technical solutions that drive innovation and business outcomes in an

Agile way of working.
- Ensure successful implementation of technology strategies that align with

divisional corporate goals and strategies.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in IT technical field.

More than 8 years of working experience in IT and technical division.

Software Engineering background is an added advantage.

Minimum 4 years of working experience in IT delivery, operations, and

**following areas**:
**o Enterprise Integration Platform (SAG webMethods ESB)**

**o WAS - Websphere**

**o DevOps or DevSecOps Pipeline**

**o Enterprise Monitoring and Logging (Azure App Insights, Dynatrace &**

**Health Monitoring)**

**o Performance management & App hosting in Azure Kubernetes**

**Services & handling Azure Container Registry for Image Repos.**

Minimum 4 years of working experience on Azure Cloud Services (Preferably

**PaaS Services)**

Experience developing and managing budgets, ensuring strategic budgetary

**alignment, procuring necessary resources, measuring outcomes, adapting to**

**resource reductions, reducing scope when necessary, and/or implementing**

**oversight and governance.**

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative

**services and ensuring platform meets business and technology needs.**

Experience in driving major incident management calls to find the root cause

**permanent fix.**

**Special skills**:
Ability to demonstrate independent leadership, judgment, and decision making.

Ability to adjust to multiple and changing priorities, remaining flexible and open.

Ability to create and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and

**external stakeholders of peer levels.**

Analytical and communication skills to understand business context; and

**enquire, counsel, and present solutions in an understandable and simple**

**manner.**

Be a self-starter and possess

**Salary**: RM6,835.85 - RM18,339.77 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
