Your new role

  • Supporting Middleware across Cloud (Azure) and On-Prem.
  • Supporting platform services like Kafka, API Management platform, ELK Stack, Containerisation Tools (Kubernetes/Docker), Keycloak (IAM) and Data Platforms like Cloudera.
  • You will also be tasked to come up with tools, solutions and techniques for the platform services to ensure that the teams are able to use the platform smoothly.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Experience in at least 1 of the tools they are using for their platform (ELK, Kafka, Kubernetes/Docker, Cloudera or Keycloak)
  • Must demonstrate a willingness to learn and pick up the remaining tools that their portfolio lacks.
  • Experience in Cloud/Platform Support Engineering.
  • Must also be able to take charge of initiatives when given the chance.
