We are seeking a talented Data Analyst who will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, generating actionable insights, and supporting decision-making processes within our fintech organization. **Responsibilities:

- Analyze transactional data generated by our financial SaaS product to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance and user behavior.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand client needs, gather requirements, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and enhance user experience.
- Work closely with product managers and development teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring product success and user engagement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights and performance metrics to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on specific business questions or challenges, such as customer churn, revenue optimization, and product usage patterns.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to understand client needs and requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations for improving product functionality and user experience.
- Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast financial metrics and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by performing data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation tasks as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial analytics and SaaS product management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related fi eld.
- Must have 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proven experience as a data analyst or business analyst, with a focus on analyzing transactional data in the financial services industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying, as well as experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Familiarity with financial concepts and metrics, such as revenue, profitability, churn rate, customer lifetime value (CLV), and average revenue per user (ARPU).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience working with AWS tools/services is an added advantage
- Strong analytical background and domain knowledge in financial services is advantageous.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
