Production Supervisor

Responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.
- Participation and working closely with Senior Management in establishing corporate strategic plan, objective to departmental goal and KPI.
- Manpower planning and arrangement.
- Supervise leaders and technicians.
- Monitor production output and rejects.
- Prepare timely reporting daily, weekly, monthly as require and participate in meeting.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, materials, packaging, etc on site to avoid down time.
- Participate in New Product Introduction.
- Follow up work order and response to management if not within plan schedule.
- Maintain continuous improvement for 5S and ensure Safety.
- Participate in production cost saving and Kaizen.
- Able to work on shift as required.
- Holds regular discussions with manufacturing specialist to coach performance and improve operational understanding/capability.
- Provide training and coaching for the team.
- Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements.
- Assist in department budget planning and manage department expenses.
- Compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Ensures compliance of standards.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Required a Diploma or Degree Business or a related field or equivalent experience and training.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Meticulous, analytical, and organized person.
- More than 3 years, preferably in manufacturing environment.
- Ability to interact at all levels.
- SAP experience highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
