**Job description**:
**Depending on role/project, our interns will typically assist with**:

- Online store merchandising and display.
- Customer service and enquiries regarding the product or their orders.
- Ecommerce store operations including order processing & fulfilment, inventory management
- Competitive analysis to support pricing and campaign strategy
- Keyword analysis to support digital marketing and SEM initiatives
- To assist in special projects as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Language: English. Ability to speak a third language will be an advantage.
- Skills: Microsoft Excel, basic html, photoshop & design skills will be an advantage
- Required skill (s): good coordination skills, good communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, positive learning attitude
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Maharajalela, Kuala Lumpur

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
