JOB DESCRIPTION:

- To call & negotiate with customers for payments and repayment plan.
- Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
- Handle questions or complaints.
- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts.
- Ensure that collection actions taken are within corporate guidelines and

collection policies.
- Manage and achieve daily productivity standards in terms of achieving

targets for monthly collection and call attempts.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Malaysian
- Age 19 - 35 years old
- Male / Female
- Must be able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Ability to converse

in Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Positive attitude, pleasant personality
- With experience or without experience (Training will be provided)
- Able to work independent
- Punctual to work
- Professional dress code
- Work towards target given
- Teamwork energy
- Can start immediately
