Handling daily sale and collection transactions
- Promptly update and posting collection status into accounting system
- Assist in daily accounting transactions.
- Assist Senior in performing analysis, breakdown and extraction of various accounting data using Accounting Software
- Assist Supervisor in compiling employee attendance data and other related Human Resource matter
- To assist in daily office administrative task which includes documentation, filing, correspondences, coordinating and following up on pending matters
- To assist in any other task as and when required by management
**; Requirements**:
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and Power Point)
- Training would be provided
